Clarify the 'Download reg code' - It did not work and I cannot find the (or a) file that was downloaded

When passed to your webpage to email or download the regcode, it did not work and downloaded an unknown file to an unknown location. That is a red flag. When I use you system to ask for the codee it does not recognize me. What happened?

Add Hebrew support.

This and others converter programmts will be more useful, if they work with Hebrew correct.
